We Are an All-Inclusive Band
Spongey, Snakey, Choko and Stacey are saying “Doh hold we back for Carnival.” The group of talented musicians and singers says they’re coming out this year to make a severe impact on Carnival and beyond. “The band Island Vibe is young, energetic and happening, we’re enjoying the positive feedback from the radio stations and all our fans,” said Spongey. Spongey’s ‘Miss Lady’ is currently at number 17 on the top 50 Dance hits, compiled by Down Town Out Laws. “Doh hold meh back” featuring Sanelle Dempster, “See-Saw, alongside Choko and “Represent” featuring Mark Anthony are other hits currently acquiring heavy radio airplay. But there’s a lot more to the Island Vide crew. “Tonight, you’re gonna be mine” and “Rather be alone” are two hit singles coming from Stacey.
Tonight, you’re gonna be mine” is a groovy song. It tells the story about ladies going to clubs and parties and checking out guys,” said Stacey. “It’s a great song, and both tunes are my first attempt at writing songs, I’m extremely proud of myself,” she said.
Snakey’s “Evacuate” is already a hit, and there’s a lot more to look forward to from the band. The Island Vibe team is releasing their combination album, and will feature other popular artistes such as: Chris Garcia, Junior English, Star, Sanelle Dempster and many more.
This band is stopping at nothing: the entire Island Vibe family will soon be opening their very own club, based in Emerald Plaza called “Live Jam 1”. They intend to put on performances from now until. But for Carnival, “Look our for Island Vide in Wasa fete and many other. Look out for us outrageous in red for Brass Festival, just look out, because our crew is coming out strong,” they concluded.
