Stacey Sobers of Enterprise Village, started her musical career in 1994 alongside well known music producer and recording artiste Sheldon Mendoza when the duo entered the then popular Nescafe Party Time talent competition where they performed a little Reggae ditty entitled โ€œSweet Womanโ€ which took them to the grand finals of the competition. In 2001, Stacey etched her name in the Soca world with the timeless classic “Lemme know when yuh comingโ€ which is still enjoyed today on the party circuit.

For Carnival 2018, Stacey won the NWAC National Calypso Queens Competition with a song entitled โ€œQueens and Kingsโ€. Her second offering for that season was a dedication to Skinner Park called โ€œCalypso Capitalโ€, which took her to the Calypso Monarch Finals for the first time. Stacey also went on to win the Caribbean Calypso Queen of Queens Competition in (St. Kitts/Nevis) in 2018.
Apart from her Carnival activities, Stacey recently graduated with an Associate Degree in Fine and Performing Arts (Voice) from COSTAATT, and she is currently pursuing a Masters in The Arts of Carnival Studies at the University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT).
